Challengers are encouraged to try a variety of classes from Power flow, Power Down, Power Restore & Meditation to work the whole body. Move with us for 30 days and we guarantee you will see life-changing results.

Get Started:

Register for the THROW DOWN through your online account by Jan 1st
Purchase a monthly unlimited pass or membership to cover your full 30 days

Throw Down Thrive:

  • Find a challenge buddy for mutual support throughout the challenge.
  • Surround yourself with inspiring and positive people.
  • Eat power packed foods
  • Cut out sugar and alcohol
  • Treat yourself to a massage or spa treatment
  • Take time to reflect and meditate
  • keep a daily journal of your food, energy level and mood
  • get 6-8 hours sleep
  • Pace yourself, let your body be your guide

Throw Down Guidelines:

  • Practice at any studio. Be sure to keep a record of all of your classes
  • If you miss a class you may double up. Doubles are limited to TWO
  • Travel- you may practice at an out of town studio as an option. Travel practices are limited to THREE days. Please turn in your receipts to your studio manager or throw down leader
  • If you miss a practice and do not make it up, you forfeit the Throw Down… No exceptions!

Eyes on the Prize:

  • Upon successful completion of 30 consecutive days:
  • 5 Guest Passes
  • Finisher Swag Bag
  • Your Name on the finisher board
