Holy Happy Hips

Join Down Dog teacher Abby Dobbs as you explore and experience together how to open the hips, hamstrings and quads effectively and safely in order to let the body move more freely. This workshop will also offer insight and prepare you for more freedom in your practice. Longer, deeper, vinyasa flow with longer access in the hip opening postures like pigeon, half pigeon, double pigeon, lizard, and frog.
