RHYTHM. NATURE. MEDITATION
In this workshop, we'll align ourselves with the rhythm and tides of nature, and utilize the transition into more internal and receptive energy of autumn. We'll start with a short asana practice to get our breath, bodies, and hearts tuned in.
We'll pull a tarot card to help hone our intentions, and then move through a guided meditation. We'll end with journaling to create actionable steps, and to ground our energies into reality. You'll leave feeling inspired, and ready to step into mindfully into fall.
